Domestic Shipping Policy

Free Shipping and Delivery Options

We offer free shipping on most items within the domestic United States. However, some items may incur shipping charges depending on their size, weight, or special handling requirements. Additionally, many orders are eligible for a free upgrade to 2-day delivery, determined at our discretion.

Shipping Carriers and Delivery Locations

Orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS, or USPS. Shipments to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and US territories are exclusively handled by USPS.

Delivery Attempts and Responsibilities

If delivery is unsuccessful due to the absence of a recipient and the inability to leave the package, the carrier may make additional delivery attempts or hold the package for pickup near their local station. It is the recipient's responsibility to arrange for package pickup or to contact the carrier to schedule a redelivery. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable or unclaimed, the shipping charge and any other fees incurred will be deducted from the refund amount. 

International Shipping Policy

When placing international orders for candy, snacks, or food products, please be aware that these items may be subject to restrictions by customs upon arrival in the destination country. While most of our shipments arrive without any issues, we encourage you to check the import regulations for your country to ensure a smooth delivery process.

Customs Duties, Taxes, and VAT

Customs duties, taxes, and VAT (Value Added Tax) are not included in our shipping rates. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and may vary based on the destination country's policies. Many countries impose VAT, including Australia, EU member states, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, United Kingdom, and others, even on lower-value products. It is important for buyers to be aware of these potential charges and to be prepared to pay them upon delivery.

    • Non-Delivery Due to Customs Issues: If a shipment cannot be delivered and is disposed of by customs, we regret that no refund will be issued. If the shipment is returned to us, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the items, minus any shipping costs and any customs fees incurred.

Undeliverable Packages
